A little bit about me...
Many moons ago I began my career as a photographer's assistant, however I quickly jumped ship after realising how much more fun a stylist's job was. Starting out as a photographer has made me a better stylist through a learned understanding of lighting, composition & colour.
Throughout my days of styling, I've had the pleasure of working on amazing projects in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and was at one stage the head stylist at the Sydney Morning Herald.
Since moving back into the freelance world, I have been a contributor on numerous interior, lifestyle and children's magazines, including Real Living, Inside Out, Home Beautiful & My Chid.
My clients range from major commercial retailers to boutique brands, including Myer, Kip & Co and Project Ten, & I often find my 'happy place', styling advertising campaigns, catalogues and look books for these brands.
I also create social media images for some beautiful children's labels like Coco & Ginger & Nana Huchy.
I find I'm able to draw on a wealth of experience in sourcing for props, locations and wardrobe, with a special fondness for mixing the old with the new.
As a working mama of three beautiful girls, I am now based on the coast just outside of Geelong, regularly travelling to Melbourne for projects. I feel blessed to be finding the balance between work and home life, while still being able to be creative.
I'm all about the details, no matter how small the job. So please feel free to chat with me about an interior or product styling project.
